Message: Current discussion at BlogWilliamsburg.net: College Expansion A friend gave me the following letter to the editor in The Free-Lance Star in Fredericksburg, Virginia. It seems that I am not the only one concerned about a university expanding and destroying their neighborhood. If you read the article and insert “College Terrace” whenever the autor writes “College Heights” I could have written it myself.
